Service with a Smile

With the official opening of the National Goscor Training Centre that took place on the 8th of September, all Johannesburg-based staff recently celebrated the completion of the world-class facility in true Goscor style.  The event was shared in conjunction with the excellent results attained in the recent ISO audit – ensuring that our quality and service levels remain at top levels at all times.

In maintaining the high service levels to our customers, we also introduced the first of our upgraded service vehicles.  The vehicle was handed over to the technician who exceeded the selection criteria – Jason Stols – pictured here with his manager, Manfred Lloyd.

Furthermore, our delivery bike was re-branded making sure that our customers are fully aware that their parts ordered are delivered in timeously and in the professional panache they deserve
